Manufacturing and Fitting
To make sure the fit is excellent, we custom manufacture our dentures on site. We will consider your needs, preferences, and budget when coming up with an appropriate denture solution. We would love to discuss any or all of the following options with you, to make sure you are happy with your new smile!
Digital Dentures
With digital dentures, we do an oral scan to get the measurements needed to create your dentures. There is no need for impressions or trays! These dentures are also thinner and stronger than acrylic dentures, with a more precise fit. They are the easiest to replace, too, since your scan is saved and used to create the replacement.
Full Dentures
Full dentures are premium dentures customized with your personal aesthetics in mind. They have a precision fit and look like real teeth. Our patients report a high degree of comfort and confidence while wearing them. Full plate dentures align with your bone structure to simulate the natural movements of your mouth and jaw.
Implant Retained Dentures
We secure implants to the jawbone, allowing dentures to be fastened to the implants. Implant dentures closely resemble natural teeth and have great stability when biting and chewing. We can use them for a single tooth, or for an entire arch.
Partial Dentures
Partial dentures can replace one or more teeth and fit in with the rest of your natural teeth. They restore the natural appearance of teeth, as well as chewing ability and speech clarity. They are made in metal with acrylic components or acrylic only. Partial dentures made of both metal and acrylic are considered stronger and more hygienic than acrylic-only dentures.
Immediate Dentures (Teeth in a Day)
We take an impression of natural teeth prior to natural tooth extraction. We construct new dentures to match the natural teeth. These dentures replace extracted teeth in the same day. The new teeth also protect the extraction sites while the area heals, helping to reduce swelling and irritation.
Maintenance and Repair
Many times patients come in with loose, worn, or even broken dentures and think that a full replacement will be necessary. That isn’t always the case. We will have a free consultation and assess the state of your current dentures and determine the proper solution for you. Some options are:
Rebasing
If the denture surface is still good, a new base is made and replaces the old base. This restores the denture stability. Requires 1-3 days when a patient will be without their dentures.
Relining
Sometimes dentures can become loose. Relining adds new material to the base of the denture to return a snug fit. This procedure can compensate for post-extraction jawbone shrinkage.
Repairs
Broken dentures can sometimes be repaired. Depending on the type of denture, we can also add a tooth or multiple teeth to an existing denture.
Recall Appointments
Recall appointments are important to maintain your dentures. Visit yearly to have them checked for fit and appearance. Professional cleaning will help to maintain hygiene. We will also perform a fit and function assessment, and an important oral cancer screening.

Soft Liner Alternative
Severely receded or flat gums need protection for comfort and pain relief. We apply a 4mm thick cushion at the base of the denture to provide pain relief. Soft liners are perfect for relieving pain from mouth sores, inflamed gums, sensitivity, and tissue irritation.
Mouth Guards
Mouth and teeth protection for sports participants of all ages. Soft plastic fits comfortably over upper teeth. A properly fitted mouth guard made of appropriate materials will protect tongue, lips, and cheek lining as well as teeth.
